I bought my daughter a blanket that is a piece of cotton and a piece of flannel sewed together with ric-rac in the middle. How would I go about making a blanket like this? Oh and any suggestions of something similiar for a boy, but more masculine than ric-rac? Help. I really want to learn to sew these. The blanket had ric-rac in between the two layers, sticking out like an edging, but it was definitely sewn inbetween the two layers.
