This is the second baby shower she has thrown me (last one was almost 4 years ago) so I'd like something pretty special, but not terribly expensive. My mom is helping her throw it, but I already know what to buy her. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Serious answers only please.

Get her a giftcard for a spa, or place where she can get a massage, a pedicure, or any kind of pampering. Get a nice card, thank her for all the time she spent on you, and let her know she deserves some time for herself! Good Luck!
