I have been breastfeeding for 8 months now, is this too long? |

Absolutely not! The minimum recommendation is six months exclusively, but the AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics) and WHO (World Health Organization) recommend a year and even beyond! Breastfeeding never ceases to be nutritional for your baby, and beneficial for bonding between the two of you. Go as long as you like. :) FYI, I nursed my daughter for ten months, and my son for fourteen months! |
